What a head*&#*!!!

I was recently given some positive feedback.  This person had said to me, that “I enjoy checking your blog, but you dont post enough…’

So then I started thinking about how time poor I am or rather how ‘Time Poor’ most of us are.  I started to think about what I wanted to post in my blog, about how we achieve more in a day then we ever have & how productivity is always at its maximum.  In my head this blog article was going to be great, but then I ran out of time & never got time to write it…

I always intend on writing really great articles & I truly want to keep it simple & just post up all those videos that I love.  All of a sudden that fifteen minute blog turns into a 3 hour write & re-write.

For those of you bloggers out there, you know what I mean.

Search Engine Optimisation, if you don’t know what this is, for bloggers & website owners it basically means, how the hell do I get people to find my page & get on top of that ‘Google’ food chain.

OMG, seriously this really is one big HEAD*&#*!

You need a degree in this subject just to get it right, & if you don’t know what you are doing, it can be even more frustrating.

So what am I trying to say?  I get this really great idea of something to blog & something to write.  I write it, then this ‘WordPress Website’, starts analysing what I am doing, & the next thing I realise is that, everything I have done, is wrong, according to the world of SEO.

For example;
This current post I am writing about, started off as a video post on 3D printing.  My intention was to post a video & write a little something about it.  It is now ninety minutes since I began writing this post.  In the background I am listening to a TED video on ‘Slowing Down’.  Life is so ironic.  I really don’t have the time to be spending writing this.  My intentions were to finish off an assignment.  What is worse is, I still don’t have the SEO right.

Does anyone really read this anyway?  All the comments I get on my site is mainly spam.  Spam Comments – this is another clever way websites increase traffic to their sites using backlinks, however this really is a story for another day.

Search Engine Optimisation, you will not get the better of me.  As I practice I do understand it more.  I hope that you will find it less frustrating than I have.  I don’t think i’ll ever have my degree in SEO, any tips would be greatly appreciated.  Making matters worse, I have used Search Engine Optimisation as my keyword which is probably one of the most common keywords on the internet as every man & his dog will be competing for this listing above others.

In regards to the feedback received, I will endeavour to ‘care less’ about SEO & I will post more of those videos that I love & hopefully you will love as well.
